A fall of 2 percentage points compared to October. This means that there have now been four consecutive months of falling property price expectations.

Percentage of buyers expecting:

Increasing prices: 19.6 percent (21.6% in the previous month)

Decreasing prices: 38.2 percent (38.5% in the previous month)

Unchanged prices: 42.2 percent (39.9% in the previous month)

Erik Holmberg, Market Analyst at Hemnet, commented:

“The trend of slightly decreasing price expectations among property buyers that we observed in the autumn continued in November. We now appear to be very close to the peak in interest rate. Signals as to how long interest will remain at this level will probably be important for price expectations. And thus also for how prices will continue to develop”.
