Auditor

In connection with the Annual General Meeting held on 8 May 2026, it was resolved to re-elect Ernst & Young AB as auditor, with Jakob Grunditz as auditor-in-charge, for the period until the next Annual General Meeting.

The auditors have the task of auditing the annual accounts, consolidated accounts and accounting, as well as the Board of Directors and CEO’s administration. The auditors report their observations on several occasions during the year and are present in connection with the board meeting that deals with the financial statements. The auditors also keep in constant contact with the Audit Committee.

The authorised auditor Jakob Grunditz has served as auditor-in-charge since the Annual General Meeting 2026.
