Hemnet postpones Capital Markets Day – invites to an in-depth update on July 17

Hemnet has decided to postpone its previously announced Capital Markets Day (originally scheduled for June 3). To ensure the market remains well-informed, we will instead provide an expanded and strategically in-depth presentation in connection with the interim report for the first half of the year on July 17.

The in-depth update will include:

• Product and commercial update: A review of the company's focus areas, including a follow-up on the launch of "Sell first, pay later" and strategic partnerships with real estate agents (brand owners).
• AI: An in-depth look at the company’s AI strategy and the updates launched during the first half of the year.
• Property market update: A half-year update on the Swedish property market and Hemnet’s market position.

Details and a link to the webcast will be distributed as usual via the invitation to the presentation of the second-quarter results.

The company intends to issue a new invitation to a Capital Markets Day at a later date
