Change of ownership in Hemnet Group – Sprints Euphrasia Sàrl restructures its shareholding

On 3 May 2022, Sprints Euphrasia Sàrl (“Sprints Euphrasia”) restructured its shareholding by transferring 3.1% of the outstanding shares in Hemnet to VNV (Cyprus) Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of VNV Global (publ).
Sprints Euphrasia has been a shareholder in Hemnet since 2017, and is majority owned by funds advised by Sprints Capital, a London based growth equity firm. VNV Global is an investment company that focuses on high-growth, tech-enabled businesses that benefit from network effects. VNV (Cyprus) Limited has been a minority owner in Sprints Euphrasia since 2017, and its interest has now been exchanged against a direct shareholding in Hemnet in a non-cash transaction. After the reorganization, Sprints Euphrasia remains a significant shareholder in Hemnet with an ownership of 5.6% of the outstanding shares.
