9 out of 10 sold properties were advertised on Hemnet during 2022

- New housing statistics confirm Hemnet's market share
On July 4th, Statistics Sweden released data on the housing market for the full year of 2022. A total of 107,248 apartments and 65,546 detached houses (including vacation homes) were sold in 2022. In the same year, 150,968 properties were sold that had been advertised through Hemnet, representing 87.4% of the total number of properties sold, which is in line with the previous year (87.6%).
